Honda CB500X

The new asphalt trail CB500X is the latest model from Honda that joins the crossover range, which stands out for its comfort, versatility and driving fun. Share engine and chassis with its sisters CB500F and CBR500R.

Its design is based on its older sister, the Honda Crosstourer 1200, with which it shares its Crosstourer style in addition to its innovative lines: asphalt trail is a very versatile, allowing you to enjoy your driving on twisty roads, yet is very valid for use by the city.

It incorporates the same engine as the CBR500R and CB500F, a twin DOHC 8V which develops an output of 35 kW (47 hp) at 8,500 rpm. With smooth power delivery and consumption announced by Honda in just 3.7 L/100 km which together with its 17.3 liters tank, windshield screen and studied Ergonomics make it a very valid model for travel.

Its upright riding position combined with flat handlebars and long-travel suspension make the CB500X very fun and intuitive driving on the road, taking advantage from correct chassis, which offers ABS as optional extra.
